Maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Due to hotel restrictions, additional guests will not be allowed in the same room.
Children ages 0-2 stay free when sharing existing bedding with 2 paid adults. Children ages 3-11 are US$50 and children ages 12-17 are US$75 per child when staying with 2 paid adults. Children age 18 or older are charged the adult rate.
Children’s pricing is based on age at time of travel.
Children’s reservations must be booked, paid for and their names on the rooming list in order to be checked in.
At the time of booking, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip. Another confirmation will not be sent.
You must be at least 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages, gamble or book a hotel room.
If you are traveling internationally to join this trip, please ensure that your passport is current and any required visa is obtained and valid. Many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of this trip.
Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, your vacation specialist may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel less than 30 days of your request.
While we will make every effort to accommodate short-notice changes to your existing booking, changes are not official until you have received written confirmation from your vacation specialist. If you have not received written confirmation, you will likely experience serious issues at the time of travel.
Members with additional people in room, not booked prior to travel, will be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy. If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of 50 USD. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of 100 USD. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.
